The GBPCHF tested the trendline drawn off of the July 2006, march 2007, and August 2007 lows again this week. Still, we remain bearish given the decline from 2.4426 taking on an impulsive look (5 waves). A corrective rally may be unfolding now and resistance is at 2.4185. As long as price is below 2.4426, the near term bias is bearish.

USD/JPY has broken above 114.50 first previous Resistance towards 115.20 our target earlier today . No change in our view. The bias remains negative in longer term for test of 112.00 and even 111.60 previous bottom. First Support comes around 114.50 ahead of 113.80 now . On the upside, further upmove towards 115.50 and 116.00 may be seen over the next trading sessions as long as price is above 114.50. The up target is at 117.10

We wrote yesterday to "favor the downside for a test of 1.0340 as long as price is below 1.0591." The USDCAD registered a new low at 1.0313 this morning. A major reversal is likely to take place soon so shorts should keep risk tight. This morning's low tagged the 3 year support line and there is major bullish divergence with weekly oscillators.

Swissy Tested yearly low at 1.1819 yesterday, but closed slightly off the level. Need to see a powerful break below this level to take it considerably lower towards 1.1742 support next. Risk for a reversal down at these low due to the fact that CHF is weakening vs. the EUR and it looks like the 1.1800 level would correspond to an approach of 1.3945 in Euro.

Following by the broken bottom from 28 August at 1.1958, which will now play the role of resistance, and the top from last Friday 1.2027.
